What is Twitter Cards?
Similar to Facebook Open Graph, Twitter is using Twitter Cards to generate link previews when a URL is shared on Twitter. In other words, Twitter Cards are the social meta tags published by Twitter.
In SPO, we recommend users to use Summary Card with Large Image to achieve the best click-through rate (CTR).

The usage is similar to Facebook Debugger. Before sharing a link on Twitter, you can use Twitter Cards Validator to check the link preview.
