In SPO, you can use our beacon (at the bottom right-hand side) to quickly navigate in our knowledge base without leaving the app. But you'll need to disable adblocker for the page. 

We work from (UTC +8:00 / HKT) 10:00 - 19:00, Mon - Fri. But we will try to answer your inquiry asap.
